  Got my glasses from here, great range of frames to choose from at an affordable price. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had.

  All searches including the OPSM website and Google say the store closes at 4pm but I arrive at 3:25pm to find the doors pulled closed.
  
  I asked a staff member still inside if there is any chance of grabbing my contacts as I have been away and met with a blunt response of "no I need to get home" and "we normally would close at 2pm so"
  
  Not the first time I have found them to be rude and I ordered contacts through them only to find out when I went to pay that they were over $100 more expensive then the previous set I had bought from Specsavers.
  
  I understand I should have arrived earlier and not left it until 30 minutes before the DUE and ADVERTISED close time however a bit of empathy and customer service when explaining they had decided to close earlier than what searches reveal would go a long way to allow understanding and respect

  The staff in Toormina were great when I recently got my new glasses. Nothing was too much hassle & the eye test was first class.
  Will always return for my glasses.
